Vagli a spiegare che è primavera ripercorre le tappe di crescita del collettivo artistico Sguardi di un certo genere, un gruppo di adolescenti e giovani differenti per corpi, generi, orientamenti sessuali, provenienze socio-economiche e culturali ma accomunat* dalla condivisione di uno spazio artistico, un luogo dove far ricerca attorno al concetto di identità. Il documentario racconta il loro vissuto da gennaio 2020 ad aprile 2021, un arco di tempo in cui l'irrompere della pandemia spinge il gruppo a cercare nuove forme relazionali e artistiche.
Vagli a spiegare che è primavera è anche una riflessione su come l’arte può essere uno spazio collettivo di crescita, resistenza e trasformazione.

Vagli a spiegare che è primavera (Go tell them it's spring) traces the stages of growth of the artistic collective Sguardi di un certo genere (Looks of a certain kind), a group of teenagers and young people different for their bodies, gender, sexual orientation, geographical and cultural backgrounds, social and economic contexts, but connected by sharing an artistic space where leading a research on identities.
This documentary follows the group between January 2020 and April 2021, a time where the pandemic led to search for new ways of relationship and artistic creation.
